Orders of $500 USD or more ship free within the United States. Orders under $500 USD are subject to a flat $20 USD shipping fee. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days via UPS Ground. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional time. All orders are fully insured in transit. Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently ship to Canada and select European countries. Orders to Canada ship via UPS Standard and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Orders to Europe ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited and typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Orders are processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email. All orders are fully insured in transit, and orders over $200 USD require a signature upon delivery. Shipping costs shown at checkout do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. MADE TO ORDER
Many of our pieces are handmade to order and ship within the lead time stated on each product page. Because each piece is made by hand, lead times are estimates and may vary. Shipping transit times are in addition to the stated lead time.When an order includes both made-to-order and in-stock pieces, all pieces will ship together once the made-to-order piece is complete.
