Lara Saget Collection creates jewelry and objects that may be handmade, made to order, produced in limited editions, or one-of-a-kind.Because of the handmade nature of the work and the natural characteristics of materials including glass, metals, and gemstones, slight variations in color, texture, shape, dimensions, and appearance may occur. Natural gemstones may also contain variations and inclusions inherent to the material. These characteristics are part of the individuality of each piece and are not considered defects.
Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Lara Saget Collection reserves the right to cancel or decline an order.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Certain pieces are handmade to order and require additional production time.Estimated production lead times are provided on the applicable product page. These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates and may vary depending on production requirements and material availability.
One-of-a-Kind Pieces
Pieces identified as one-of-a-kind are unique works and are available only while supplies last. Once sold, the exact piece may not be reproduced.If you are interested in commissioning a related work, please contact studio@larasagetcollection.com to discuss a bespoke piece.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when placing an order. Because pieces are handmade, slight variations in dimensions and fit may occur.If you have questions regarding sizing before purchasing, please contact studio@larasagetcollection.com.
Shipping
In-stock and one-of-a-kind jewelry typically ships within 5–7 business days after an order is placed. This timeframe refers to order processing and does not include carrier transit time.
Made-to-order lead times vary by product and are specified on the relevant product page. Shipping and delivery estimates begin after production is complete. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.For international orders, customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact studio@larasagetcollection.com promptly so Lara Saget Collection can review the issue and assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Bespoke and Custom Work
Bespoke and custom pieces are created specifically for the client and may be subject to separate terms, pricing, deposits, production schedules, and approvals communicated during the commission process.Bespoke and custom orders are final sale.
